August IAM

Great to see everyone, and almost a full house.

There was a lot of chat about medical "stuff" but I guess that is what happens when eight ladies of a certain age get together. There were also lots of laughs and even a little craft work. It's a good job we were not being paid for the amount of sewing, knitting and crochet that was accomplished!
Show and tell started with the reveal of the lanterns four IAMs made on a workshop with Ginger Cat designs.

Clare had been busy with her embroidery machine and produced four Geisha girl cushions

Pauline had completed her 'dotty' cushion, while Shirley showed us her crochet shawl.

Shirley had purchased a pretty wickerwork bag and used her skills with a hook to crochet a design onto it.

Ann showed us a lap tray/cushion that she had placed photos in for a gift.

Two more of Clare's cushions

Clare had also completed this very pretty Japanese wall hanging.

Another Row by Row from 2017 ready to go on the wall, by me.

At last my Black and White with a dash of Red quilt is complete.
