That "point" came on Tuesday and I purchased a Pfaff Ambition 1.0.
The integrated walking foot is just brilliant allowing the fabric whatever thickness to move smoothly through the machine. Although I have walking feet attachments for my other machines they are such a fiddle to put on and I rarely use them.
The new machine has rekindled my patchwork and quilting urge. I cannot wait to start a new project or even finish a UFO [ I have plenty of those to choose from!].

Diana, I love my Pfaff sew much, I had to buy the little Passport for classes! That built in walking foot is the best invention since the wheel. Sheila
