Design Wall 11th Jan 2010

At long last my design wall is up and running!! Actually it is just clipped to the hanger I have from Ikea for clipping my quilts to, but it works well. The two pieces are for a sweatshirt jacket I am showing as a workshop to my local group.
Made based on mile a minute technique, and a brand new sweatshirt cut up. It has a lovely summer feel while looking out my window at snow and ice!

I have always wanted to do this but just never get around to it. I have a problem with the disassembly and reassembly of the t=shirt!

I like the colors--and your design wall, which makes life easier don't you think? You've reminded me that I have never made a sweatshirt jacket and have always wanted too. I think I have 2 different patterns! :)

Oh, I like your jacket. I have made three but need to do one with light fabrics like yours.
