Tuesday morning was spent cooking BBQ sauce.
The girls emptied 3 jars of red jam, 2 jars honey, 2 bottles of tomato sauce, 1 jar of Worcester sauce, 1 jar Soy sauce into a large pan, this they heated on the stove stirring in turn. Next they mixed flour and dry mustard with lemon juice, this was carefully added to the bubbling mixture to thicken it.
After leaving all day to cool down they made labels on the computer and put it into jars and containers.
Well done girls.
