Holiday plans

Tomorrow we set off at 4am on the start of our Adventure holiday. First stop will be the Channel Tunnel for a crossing into France, then down to Orleans where we have booked a hotel for the night.
We are travelling in Chris's 14 year old Land Rover 90 Defender TD5 .
The next planned stop is near Bordeaux, then its into the Pyrenees Mountains at a little place called Gourette where we have a hotel booked that looks like a Swiss Chalet covered in snow! [ I am hoping the snow has gone by now!]. Our final over night will be somewhere near Valencia in Spain before arriving September 1st at San Javier Spain where we have a house booked for four weeks.
No decision has been made as to our route home.

Having learnt how to blog on my iPad with photos I hope to record our trip.
